My kids are starving everyday after school. Lunch wasn’t too long ago, and dinner will be started soon. The question is…what to give them ? I’ve been on the web, and we’ve experimented with a few of our own. Here’s a couple of Quick Recipes to satisfy:
* Low fat cream cheese
*strawberry preserves, (or jam, whatever you have…whatever flavor you like)
* Graham crackers
Spread cream cheese on Graham cracker sq, Layer with preserves. Let sit about 5 mins…enjoy!
“Incredible Snack Mix”
*raisins, or any dried fruit your kids will like
Mix it all together, store in airtight containers. Eat UP!
MY kids love this, and it’s great on the run too!
